Landsborough Parade brings the studio's residential design language — curved forms, planted edges, warm materials — to Golden Beach, holding its corner opposite Pumicestone Passage with four generous apartments whose terraces are oriented to the water.
The project is currently under construction, with the structure topped out. Watching a design move from feasibility through approval and onto site is the whole point of the practice: architecture measured by what gets built, not just what gets rendered.
