An existing approval in the previous Gold Coast City Plan was extended with a Minor Change application sought to relocate the existing Queenslander style home into a new position whilst maintaining good separation from the newly designed primary dwelling.

A primary dwelling was intended with the focus of inviting views into the main rear courtyard flanked by both wings of the home creating a sense of a secluded private entertaining space.
