Nestled on the waterfront, this modern, luxury property is designed to capture breathtaking views of the rear canal to the north, while also ensuring privacy and optimal solar protection. The use of feature fins are expertly arranged to balance these competing elements, creating repetition and movement on the upper levels. With two distinct forms, the design intent is to dramatize the upper level with an extruded cantilever over the rear alfresco, stretching out towards the views. The strategic use of white render at the base ground level gives the perception of the upper level floating, exuding a sense of elegance and exclusivity. This waterfront oasis is the epitome of luxury living.
