The design expertly navigates the cascading levels of the site, resulting in a three-storey, palatial home that is seamlessly cut into the hillside, with a constant focus on maintaining a height limit of below 9m. 

Measuring an impressive 642m2, this home is designed for the ultimate in outdoor living, with expansive balconies and internal alfrescos that capture the panoramic hinterland western views, while taking in the ever-evolving Gold Coast City skyline, from Surfers to Broadbeach. The overall design intent is to express the length of the site, capturing the views through the use of feature horizontal elements that wrap around the facade, exuding a sense of luxury and exclusivity.
