This premium property boasts unparalleled Brisbane City views, accessible from both street fronts. A challenge was presented in the implementation of a street presence at both ends, while still incorporating City Council’s character aesthetics. The solution was to utilize horizontal weatherboards with elongated pitched roofs at both street fronts, expressing a modern interpretation of character in the precinct. 

The key design components centered around seamlessly integrating the city views into the interior, with the use of expansive glass on the upper level, wrapping around the master bedroom, complete with direct access to the balcony. One street front allows for an open and uninhibited approach to privacy, while the other adopts a more modest and conservative approach, utilizing high fencing and reduced glazing to control visibility.
