These four grand townhouses, situated on the coveted Canal Avenue, offer unparalleled waterfront views across the canal. With four levels of opulence, the rooftop terraces were strategically positioned to maximize the north-northeast vistas of the Broadwater. The premium villa, located directly on the waterfront, boasts direct access to the canal via its own private backyard complete with a pool. The design emphasis was to seamlessly integrate indoor and outdoor living by opening up the bedrooms, living areas, and rooftops to the northern aspect.
