The design of this development was greatly influenced by the location of an existing sewer line, necessitating the implementation of a structural engineering solution to avoid any load bearing points across the driveway. The solution adopted was that of a large cantilever, which effectively eliminated any elements landing within a services easement. This constraint served as the governing factor in the design, ultimately dictating the overall size and scale of the architectural composition. The built form of the development is characterized by two distinct rectangular features, which are further accentuated by the incorporation of timber infills. This not only serves a functional purpose but also imbues the structure with a sense of visual interest and aesthetic appeal.

Situated in the prestigious Burleigh/Koala Park neighborhood, these sky homes boast state-of-the-art lifts that provide convenient access to all levels, including the crowning rooftop terrace with breathtaking views south, overlooking Tallebudgera Creek River. The exterior of the development is a harmonious blend of natural materials, including timber, face brickwork, timber battens and white weatherboards, that exude a sense of warmth and timeless elegance, congruent with the architectural aesthetic.
