Landscape Architect:

The architectural design of this building exudes a sense of prestige with its expansive balconies that stretch out towards the streetfront, creating a striking impact on the street presence. The use of soft curves and a light color palette reminiscent of the local beachside character, lends a harmonious balance to the overall design and reduces any overbearing dominance. Symmetry is employed both vertically and horizontally, lending an aesthetically pleasing aspect to the placement of balconies, screens, pathways, and landscaping. The thickness of slab edges have been meticulously manipulated to give the illusion of the three levels above appearing to float, further accentuating the air of opulence that pervades the entire development.
